A large financial Service Company based in Johannesburg seeks a Process Analyst Team Leader with:

Role Purpose:

To drive strategic and tactical aspects of discovering; validating; documenting and communicating business-process-related knowledge through modelling; simulating and analysing current and future states by focusing on complex business outcomes using technical expertise that are in line with the company strategy.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric
• Relevant Degree in Economics or IT
• 5 -10 years relevant Process experience with 3 years management experience

Responsibilities:

• Management of information and reporting principles, tools and mechanisms
• Employee training and development by coaching and mentoring
• Manage Internal Processes
• Strategic planning and analysis
• System Development Life Cycle(SDLC)
• Modelling-EPC/BPMN/UML
• Process management and measurements
• Manage Financial Results, Transformation and Innovation
• Manage Stakeholder Relationships and produce client focused process design
