A large financial Service Company based in Bryanston, seeks a C# Developer
Minimum Requirements
- Tertiary qualification
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in .NET development
- MS-SQL and Web development experience essential
- SOA, SaaS platform development & Integration experience beneficial
- Where applicable indicate experience with relevant technologies (.NET, SQL, WPF, WCF, Java, SOAP, REST,JSON, XML, API)
- Knowledge of short term insurance/financial services preferable
Role Purpose:
To assist with the development and support of the Company’s API and legacy Flexi broker system as well as the development of services and integration with legacy systems
Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining the Company’s API service offerings (functionality includes facilitating data transfer and integration between in-house systems, deployed applications and client/3rd party systems located in both cloud and on premise architectures.
- Assist with development and support of legacy systems
- Continuous Process Improvement
- Ensure full compliance to all processes, policies and procedures and identify areas for improvement.
- Effective and timeous communication: Communicate in a professional manner
- Quality control: Quality standards to be adhered to at all times.
