We are looking for an SAP Principle Consultant that will be responsible for analysing, designing, implementing, configuring, supporting, and maintaining SAP systems.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver SAP solutions aligned with business goals, budgets, and SLAs.
- Conduct business and system analysis; propose performance enhancements.
- Prioritise and manage own workload; deliver on project timelines.
- Act as a functional integration specialist across various SAP modules.
- Provide industry best practices and consult on SAP technologies and architecture.
- Support pre-project planning, including scoping and risk identification.
- Resolve complex problems using creative and structured approaches.
- Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Share knowledge and mentor team members.
- Assist in recruitment and contribute to team development.
- Participate in company culture and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
- Identify and recommend process and system improvements.
Expertise, Qualifications & Experience
- 8–10 years of SAP functional experience, with strong exposure to:
- SAP HCM (on-premise) and SAP Employee Central (EC)
- SAP SaaS implementations (e.g., SuccessFactors, Ariba, Fieldglass)
- Multi-stack technology and system integration (SAP and non-SAP)
- Solution architecture and complex system design
- SAP PaaS – Business Technology Platform
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, IS, Engineering, or Computer Science
