Introduction:
Our client in the Banking Sector is looking for a Process Engineer III to join their organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Process Modeling and Analysis:
- Proficiency in process modeling techniques such as BPMN, EPC and UML.
- Ability to analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements.
Lean and Six Sigma Methodologies:
- Knowledge of Lean principles for waste reduction and Six Sigma tools for process optimization.
- Experience in conducting DMAIC projects.
- Process Automation and Technology:
- Familiarity with RPA/AI/ML tools and techniques.
- Understanding of workflow automation, business rules engines, and process orchestration.
Change Management:
- Skills in managing organizational change related to process improvements.
- Ability to communicate effectively and gain buy-in from stakeholders.
- Data Analytics and Metrics:
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools to measure process performance.
- Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) and process metrics.
- Project Management:
- Experience in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams during process improvement initiatives.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams and departments.
- Effective communication to convey process-related information clearly.

- Ability to Mentor and train process engineers
- Identify training needs and plan for the respective training
- Detailed process quality reviews and provide feedback to the Process engineer and Chapter Lead
- Enable Process engineers to deliver on projects

- Ability to measure process deliverable quality
Qualifications:
- Industrial Engineering/Computer Science/Informatics/IT Degree
Experience:
- 5years + years of experience in manufacturing, financial services, consulting and or telecoms.
Technical competencies required:
- UML, ARIS, BPMN 2.0, EPC, Six Sigma Green or Black belt, Business Architecture
- Process Mining, AI/ML and TOGAF are an added advantage
