One of our clients in the banking industry are looking for a Process Automation Analyst to join their team in Sandton.
Job Purpose
To provide expertise, advise and deliver process and data design specifications by engaging with the required stakeholders to develop sustainable, innovative, flexible and efficient process and data modelling solutions for enhanced business service delivery.
Responsibilities
• Control expenditure and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs
• Deliver technical and specification plans for value-added process improvements, initiatives and services to deliver on operational strategy and objectives
• Ensure the development, alignment and implementation of end-to-end process delivery within area of accountability
• Define and govern data modelling and design standards, tools, best practices, and related development for enterprise data models
• Provide coaching advice on solutions, products and processes with the aim of improving channel techniques, skill and business performance
• Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own development
• Manages risks in own area of responsibility
• Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions
• Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation
• Deliver customer experience excellence in own service delivery aligned to Organisational values and service standards
Essential Qualifications – NQF Level
• MMinimum Qualification – Relevant Diploma in Informatics, Information Technology Management, Computer Science or Business/Systems Analysis
• Preferred Qualification – Relevant Degree in Informatics, Information Technology Management, Computer Science or Business/Systems Analysis
• Experience – 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar environment
• Additional Knowledge – Creation and evaluation of user stories (agile framework)
• Functional requirements specification (FRS)
• Data Model mapping
• UML modelling (implementation usually follow a use case approach)
• Working knowledge of BPMN 2.0 (Business Process Model and Notation) and DMN 1.1. (Decision Model and Notation) essential
• Working knowledge of Camunda essential
• Process modelling in Camunda (modelling for execution)
• Process monitoring and optimisation experience on a case tool preferable
• Experienced with Web services and REST services
• Basic wireframe design
• Knowledge of Programming languages include HTML, CSS, Java script and XML is advantageous
