Minimum requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce: Information Technology
- Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees
- Advanced Certification in relevant technologies where available
- 7 to 10 years Information Technology experience, 3-4 years in Systems Analysis and design experience
- SDLC
- Database Analysis

- Cognos, BIRT, Power BI or equivalent BI tools Wintel, SQL, Java & Oracle

Role Purpose/Responsibilities:
- The role will include analysis, consolidation and technical engagement to facilitate the provisioning of divisional metrics, reports and dashboards associated with maintaining and reporting on:
– BSC objectives, targets and measures
– Industry standards and how the division measures up
– Operational metrics and reporting
– Project metrics and reporting (SDLC & Method adoption)
– Agile adoption
– Resource management & reporting
- The vacancy also requires that the individual be proficient in data analysis and metrics/reporting principles. Development would be advantageous.
- We need to support ADM as far as project engagements; delivery, value and resource management is concerned. We are required to provide formal reporting mechanisms with auditing.
- The vacancy also requires the technical expertise to participate in the selection, implementation, support and upgrades of selected tools to support the Metrics and Reporting solutions.
