Responsibilities:
· Implement company’s numbering and revision control process
· Ensure efficient document management and control in order to facilitate access to information
· Effectively manage changes to documentation.
· Ensure required information is available to appropriate project team members.
· Ensure divisions and sites can share and reuse this documentation
· Track and control internal and external document distribution.
· Printing of document sets for distribution
· Ensure document integrity and process control.
· Perform document audits when required

Required Education and experience:
· Grade 12
· Atleast 2 years Formal training/experience in Document management
· Good knowledge of the principles of Document management
