Outputs The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to the following job functions: Two Key Deliverables required 1.        Manage all large projects end to end according to the scope on time by·    Interacting with relevant stakeholders in the project life cycle ·    Project managing the design and implementation of business solutions·    Manage project delivery dates·    Manage and run steering committees for the projects·    Ensure proper resourcing for projects·    Manage project meetings·    Manage Large enterprise projects independently·    Manage multiple streams of work within a project·    Manage multiple projects·    Manage project stakeholders 2.        Deliver robust business solutions·    Interact with all necessary parties (external and internal) in discussion on business solutions ·    Compile business specifications in line with agreed timeframes·    Design, test and implement new processes (or changes to existing processes) ·    Present recommended business design solutions to management·    Definition of the systems requirement to support the necessary process   Competencies The following competencies are required to be successful in the role: ·    The ability to take initiative·    Organization skills·    Well developed writing and communication skills·    Problem solving skills·    Strategic thinking skills·    Analytical skills·    Time management and planning skills·    Diligence·    Paying attention to detail ·    Highly developed people skills (conflict management, negotiation ability, general good manners)·    Integrity·    Strong work ethic·    Strong facilitation skills ·    Ability to mobilize people   Qualifications & ExperienceThe candidate must have a degree with process engineering or re-engineering as an advantage It would be further beneficial to have at lease 5 years experience in Process engineering projects.
