Analyses, Designs, Produces technical system specifications to modify/develop systems to resolve Business’s problems by examining their needs.

Key Outputs:

• Provide clear and simple solutions to complex problems ensuring quality and knowledge transfer.

• Deliver technical design solutions according to agreed standards that address the business requirements within the agreed time-frame.  

• Analysis of processes to ensure continuity.

• Ensure that system code is constructed in line with the technical specification and delivered within the agreed time-frame as per the project schedule.

• Identify all defects during testing (Functional, System, Integration, Stress testing & UAT) and configure application build.

• Adherence to the current SDLC policy, agreed standards & policies.

Required:

• Tertiary education, preferably B Comm (IS) or BSc (Computer Science)

• Applicable JAVA/Delphi/Oracle coursesSun CertificationSystems analysis and design course 

• Systems development experience 5 years

• Formal Systems Analysis experience 1 year

• Product (Java/Delphi/PLSQL) specific experience 3 years

• Life insurance industry experience 3 years
