The Systems Administrator (Infogix) will provide dedicated technical support to the Infogix suite of applications in conjunction with the development team that customises the application in support of the business requirements. Support functions would include installation, configuration, troubleshooting, debugging of software issues, active monitoring of the servers and databases that support of the product and coordinating with internal technology teams / the vendor for issue resolution. Monitoring of error logs, system performance, fixing data issues, capacity planning, change and release management, patch management and project involvements are all in a days work, so multi-tasking is a must for this position. A strong knowledge of database management systems, server administration and large-scale system support experience in a corporate environment are essential.

This role is a critical driver of business value through deep process and ERP understanding and the ability to understand, shape and thoroughly specify requirements to meet business needs. Overseeing the build and implementation of solutions and solution enhancements (systems Maintenance) which have been designed by Global IM Solution Architects, the roleholder will ensure the deliverables meet the business requirements as identified by BU and Group Function Business Relationship Managers (BRMs) and deliver the expected value.
· Translate aggregated demand and solution design into implemented solutions ready for use by the Business and ready for operational support by contracted service providers.
§ Maintain an understanding of Business and ERP trends and software offerings for the Functional area. Identify and communicate (to BRM and Solutions stream) opportunities for service performance/quality improvements. Contribute to the scoping and budgeting process for these changes.
· Define what is required to deliver the build service and oversee the build and implementation lifecycle according to Global IM standards
· Identify and incorporate Business Process standardisation opportunities that can be designed into a global template for reuse in other Business Units.
Ensure the integrity of the technical solution for the function by utilising internal team’s capability as well as that of contracted service providers
· Schedule and oversee major enhancements to solutions through projects and ensure these meet the requirements as defined by BU and Group BRM Functions.

· Participate in: Template Governance Board meetings as required, Solution Design discussions, Application Demand forums, Programme and Project Management Portfolio forums and functional SIGs. (E.g. SAP Special Interest Group)
· Manage the formal handover of solutions to business and documented designs to internal support team or contracted service provider. Provide input to problem and incident management (ITIL).
· Ensure the application complexity is managed and where required implemented solutions are integrated with other Functions.
· Oversee 3rd party build and implement activities and track Schedule, Budget and Quality status according to Global IM standards.
· Appoint and supervise external Project managers to deliver projects on schedule, budget and quality. Ensure Detailed Designs match High Level Designs and are traceable to requirements in Solution Specification.
· Evaluate enhancement requests and their fit with implemented Solutions within the existing ERP landscapes. Coordinate and schedule developments in line with Global IM processes.
· Direct and coordinate solution release activities with other Functions and project teams and be ultimately responsible for the successful deployment of all releases and patches to the live, production environment.
· Ensure the implemented solutions, enhancements and developments meet the business requirements and are fit for use by operations. Ensure that agreed project criteria and process checkpoints (“gates”) are completed before introduction.
· Lead the implemented Solution service review with Change Approval Boards and participate in Application Lifecycle Management.
· Conduct post implementation reviews ensuring that the identified business value is achieved.

Operational Management
· Lead and manage the Information Security Specialist Team, the suppliers, subcontractors and service providers in order to achieve the company objectives and service excellence;
· Make proficient use of the best practices and standards, based in solid proven experience, managing the establishment, implementation and adherence to policies and standards that guide and support the terms of the company’s information security strategy;
· Communicate frequently with executive management to ensure support for the information security program, using appropriate metrics and a mature business sense approach;
· Be able to deeply understand the business, current and future threats and vulnerabilities, developing an appropriate Risk Management methodology and an extensive set of security controls in order to support and ensure the security of high transaction 24×7 Business with due diligence and due care, assuring the highest levels of Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of Information;
· Monitor the efficacy and effectiveness of the information security controls and proactively propose a set of corrective action in order to ensure that the Information Security Risk remains accordingly to the Risk Strategy set by the top management;

The ideal candidate should have the following knowledge and experience
· Proficient technical knowledge regarding Information Security and proven track record of leading highly complex information security projects, teams and operations;
· Mature information security approach, with deep business sense, following a Risk Management structured approach for planning, implementing, checking and acting over threats and vulnerabilities and the appropriate security controls;
· Experience in high pressure operational environment with millions of transactions per day;
· Experience in supporting a 24×7 Business with solid Information Security processes;
· Experience in business continuity;
· Knowledge in complex network infrastructures involving LAN, WAN and SAN;
· Knowledge of UNIX, Windows Servers and VMware;
· Knowledge of Oracle and SQL Databases;
· Having at least one of the following certifications: CISSP, CISA, CISM or ISO 27001 certifications is a plus;
· PCI DSS knowledge and experience is a key differentiator;
· ITIL v3 or ISO 20000 certifications are a plus;
